It is the purpose of our presence on the World Wide Web to disseminate information that is accurate and beneficial in improving the quality of life for those suffering from fibromyalgia. We no longer have to live with practitioners or care givers that do not believe this to be a real entity because its existence is recognized throughout the world medical community. Fibromyalgia is due respect.

Irritable bowel, migraine headache, interstitial cystitis, and chronic fatigue are also emerging as specific disease entities with common links to fibromyalgia that can aid not only in diagnosis but also intreatment. We hope to utilize the World Wide Web not only to improve treatment, but also to facilitate better understanding of these diseases for both the patient and care practitioner.

The fibromyalgia web page will repeatedly emphasize the necessity of being treated by credible individuals, using appropriate therapies and maintaining high levels of ethical accountability. This does not deny the consideration of alternative therapy (we will assume this to be non-allopathic). Treatments of promise will be presented when there is clear utility for individuals suffering from any of these Fibro Five diseases.
